The Almighty

Anything appeared to us bigger than our imagination is magnificent by our standards
Anything appeared to us bigger than our imagination is magnificent by our standard….

One day I was travelling with a friend of mine to Italy to attend a medical conference. When the airplane started to take off, we were both watching through the window as I think almost everyone else does, even though most of the passengers have been in a similar take off many times before, and likely from the same airport.

I think it is part of human nature to wonder around, and to watch events folding…. it could be considered as a form of curiosity, but who cares as every one was happy watching through the small window besides him or her.
We then immediately started to see the ground move away from us ( or to put right, we were moving away from the ground); and objects were getting smaller and smaller as they moved far away from us. The first objects which started to disappear were “people”, then cars, then buildings, then the roads. The whole picture on the surface of our Earth was getting smaller and smaller, and those big and huge objects turned so tiny, perhaps just like small scripts on a piece of paper. At that moment I started to ponder a bit, then I said to my friend: I think, at a time like this, we probably just need to think about us human beings. We usually think of ourselves as big and gigantic; but are we?.
My friend agreed with me by nodding his head as if he is saying “yes”, “yes” !. I continued saying to myself; we are so little, we are so minute, and we are in reality very weak and feeble in such magnificent circumstances. If we hear a little noise in or around the airplane we would obviously panic, and got scared. Some of us (passengers) might scream, and some might hold there breathes, and some might have a heart attack, and some might even have a stroke.
When the airplane assumed its normal height and elevation above Earth’s surface and started to settle on the chosen speed and direction, we chose to engage in a serious discussion about the “ability”, the “will”, the “power”, the “destiny”, and the ultimate “fate”. We then concluded that, whoever we think of ourselves, and how strong we think we might be; we remained in need to admit that… at the end of the day; we have to admit that we don’t have much say in our future, and that our destiny is in real terms “determined for us”.
It may be considered a  good thing that we are unable to know about our future. We are here not talking about centuries, we are not talking about decades. We are not even talking about years, or months. We are unable to know what will happen in the next second, or even in a fraction of a second….. and this is quite true if we are seriously seeking to know the truth and nothing else but the truth !.
The fact that we don’t know much about what will happen next is – I think – very merciful and calming for many reasons:
  1. We will be able to keep guessing, predicting, and expecting.
  2. We will keep wondering, pondering, and searching.
  3. We will keep hoping, dreaming, and coping.
  4. We will keep going, doing, and act bravery.
  5. We will see it as a big reminder for all of us to be humane, and to do our best to help one another.
For me, it is a reminder to renew my believe in the fact that…. everything in this life is run practically not by us, but by the Creator of this universe…. by The Almighty.

Behind every great thing, there is a greater power, and that power has to be the faculty of the Almighty God.
Behind every great thing, there is a greater power, and that power has to be the faculty of the Almighty God.

The Almighty God, who is He, and does He really exist?.

{{Those who celebrate the praises of God standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and contemplate the (wonders of) creation in the heavens and the earth, (with the thought): “Our Lord! not for naught hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire.  Our Lord! any whom thou dost admit to the Fire Truly thou coverest with shame, and never will wrong-doers find any helpers!}}.
We need to ponder about everything in our world before we decide about such a question.
For every creature there is a Creator who created him/her, and that Creator has to be bigger, stronger, and more able than that creature. Who is that who had all of those characters?. He must be so magnificent, so powerful, and real Almighty.
{God! There is no deity save Him, the Alive, the Eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh Him. Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave? He knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save what He will. His throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is the Sublime, the Tremendous}.
If we knowledge Him and appreciate his powers, then we will acknowledge who we are and how much that we can do.
